Until now, vertically trellised vines needed to be stripped by hand once the cuts had been made. This was a labour intensive job requiring a lot of man power and stamina. Work related injuries in this area were also of a high nature.
Our machine has been designed to directly cut out the man power required for this part of the pruning process. Vine stripping is a huge job for any vineyard – big or small. It is very time consuming and physically demanding.
